1. What the Service does

ThreadsSaver lets you retrieve publicly available media from Threads posts for personal use. The Service accesses only public posts and does not bypass privacy settings or login-restricted content.

2. Acceptable use

• You will use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• You will not use it to infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
• You will not attempt to abuse, overload, scrape at scale, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

3. Intellectual property & your responsibility

Content on Threads is owned by its respective creators and protected by copyright and other laws. You are solely responsible for how you use any content you download. Download only content that you own or that you have permission or a legal right to use. Do not re-publish or distribute others’ content without authorisation.

4. No affiliation

ThreadsSaver is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Threads, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It may change, break, or stop working if the underlying platform changes. We do not guarantee that every post can be downloaded.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThreadsSaver and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any misuse of downloaded content by users.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
